- Fridge/Freezer: Shelves, seals, and exterior cleaned (must be defrosted).
- Dishwasher: Inside, filter, and detergent drawer cleaned.
- Microwave: Degreased and wiped inside/out.
- Sink & Taps: Descaled and polished.
- Cupboards/Drawers: Inside, outside & top areas cleaned.
- Splashbacks & Floors: Wiped and mopped thoroughly.
- Inside Windows & Skirtings: Cleaned along with sockets & switches.

Bathrooms
- Shower/Bathtub: Descaled and polished, including screens and tiles.
- Toilet: Cleaned under rim, hinges, and base.

- Extractor Fan: Dusted and wiped (if accessible).

- Floor & Skirtings: Mopped, hoovered, and fully wiped.
Bedrooms
- Wardrobes& Drawers: Cleaned inside/out (must be empty).
- Bed Frame/Headboard: Wiped and polished.
- Mattress: Surface hoovered only.
